One of the foreseeable consequences of the anti-immigrants Wall and
the general tightening of "la migra" is that unemployment rates in
Mexico will climb to the sky.

Perhaps this is one of the reasons behind Calderón's suggestion that
an Organization of Latin American States should be established ASAP.

Calderón, of all people!!!!!!!!!!
