Dear Shane, you are right, Uribe is a Latin American. He is as much of
a Latin American as Jesus Christ was a cow. Both were born at the
places where the genus is born.

As to "arange", I am sorry that you cannot see that the great loser
here was the USofAm, who have seen, for the first time since 1825, a
Latin American President (not one, but at least two of them) to
suggest the urgent need of an Organization of Latin American States
without the US.

If you can't realize what does THIS mean (no matter whether the
organization comes to life soon, or ever) then you are not focusing on
the main issue at stake.
