Shane, this was a complete victory for Latin Americans. For the first
time in history, things Latin American where the USofAm was involved
were arranged BETWEEN LATIN AMERICANS.
This is a diplomatic Bay of the Pigs. They attempted an invasion, and
were rejected.
Whoever can't see it should learn lots about Latin America.
