There are others. Try anti-zionist Shraga Elam.
Hebrew is fairly specific when dealing with definite
articles. As for the generalness of the use of the
word "Shoah", the point is precisely whether one says
"Shoah" or "the Shoah"--two different things. I have
not seen any evidence that what was said was "we will
bring down *the* Shoah on them"...as I said before,
spending time trying to equate Palestinian suffering
and oppression with Jewish suffering and oppression
demeans both peoples.
Why is it any less disgusting for a minister of a
belligerent government to announce that he will bring
a catastrophe or a disaster down upon civilians?

The only place I found Anon's point made was this:
"Tom Gross, a media affairs columnist for the
conservative National Review Online, said there was a
major difference between 'a shoah' and 'THE shoah.'

"'It is like confusing a 'white house' with 'The White
House,'' Gross wrote."
