This seems to stem from this counterposition Proyect attempted:

Wrong. My entire phrase was not "oppressed peoples" but "oppresed people's
against imperialism." That is because I have seen that view expressed,
including on this list. Kosovar Albanians, Eritreans, Kurds, East
Timorese, Papuans, Tamils etc are oppressed peoples, but are not
struggling against imperialist states. My pointy was that *in general* the
right of s-d still applies.
