Simple questions for Walter and others:

1. Were the MNR governments up to 1964 revolutionary governments?

2.  If so, what made them so.

3.  If not, why not.

4. How does the Morales government differ from the MNR in its 
revolutionary/non-revolutionary aspects?

5. Oh... about recognizing things-- so did the workers take over the Repsol 
and BP fields in 2005?
