[Marxism] Obama Calls for More Responsibility From Black Fathers

Not rain on anyone's parade, or million man march, but isn't this (Obama's 
homily)exactly the same thing Moynihan was arguing 35 years ago and received 
(quite rightly) severe criticism from African-American intellectuals and 
radicals for obscuring the social responsibility for poverty and racism by 
pointing to a "family breakdown" as the source for the problem?

I seem to recall something along these lines, although maybe I have it 
wrong.  I mean it was a long, long time agol
