[Marxism] Cuba to abandon wage caps

Who exactly is judging Cuba? We don't focus on the struggles of a small 
nation trying to survive out of boredom or incompetence.  We respond to 
something that is critical to understanding the functioning of capitalism 
and its impact on class struggle.
