[Marxism] Cuba to abandon wage caps

We all know conditions in Cuba are problematic; the burdens imposed by the 
embargo are immense.  But this income differentiation will quicken a nascent 
class differentiation.

No communist should ever explain or justify a retreat by blaming 
egalitarianism.  Egalitarianism has absolutely nothing to do with Cuba's 
economic problems.
