Hillary Clinton is no protector of civil liberties; she voted down Obama's amendments 
to the Patriot Act; she did not lend the resources of her office to the Gitmo lawyers; 
and Obama is opposed to immunity, and still has the path of criminal law to 
pursue penalties. I am not as sure as you that Obama is wrong as you suggest
to pursue some highly regulated alliance with Catholic groups for the poor.
