Socially necessary labor time is the basis for realizing the exchange value
of the commodity under capitalism. It is definitely not the basis for
meeting either social needs or individual needs under socialism.
Your analysis of socially necessary labor time as applied to socialism
absolutely creates wage differentials, class stratification and does so
based on the development of the inanimate component, the means of
production. In essence your are simply reproducing, or mimicking capitalist
production relations.
