Indeed - I was shocked and horrified to read this grotesque accusation! 
When I joined the Trotskyist movement this was a burning issue - and the 
American SWP was quite clear on which side it stood (or at least I got 
this impression). Now their successors come up with this absurdity. Can 
the Communist League really sink any lower?
