It was published in Historical Materialism No. 4 (Summer 1999), under
the title, "The Myth of Lenin's 'Concept of the Party': Or What They Did
to What Is To Be Done?" There is also a six page Introduction ("A
Biographical Sketch") by Alan Johnson.
