Shane Mage asks: "A question:  does anyone know if those "delegates from
Florida and Michigan" actually exist?"

Apparently so. Hillary Clinton had full slates in MI; most everyone had them
in FL, after she pulled the trick of not withdrawing her name from the
ballot in MI. I do not know if the names of delegates were on the ballot. I
know in Georgia they were not. I'm not even sure the slates are actually
named before the voting.

"And don't delegates have to be approved by the candidate under whose name
they are listed?" Well it is a little more complicated, at least as I
understand it. The candidate actually owns the delegate's "credentials" --
i.e., can replace the delegate at any time for any reason.
