[Marxism] against nato conference in Munich!

In nome della sicurezza dei profitti, i governi dei
principali paesi capitalistici stanno attuando
aggressioni e occupazioni imperialistiche devastanti
(Iraq, Afghanistan, Libano
). Le aggressioni militari
all’estero procedono di pari passo con lo
smantellamento dei diritti dei lavoratori,
l’intensificazione della repressione e del razzismo
all’interno della metropoli: si tratta di aspetti
diversi di un unico attacco finalizzato ad aumentare
lo sfruttamento del proletariato e dei popoli
oppressi.

Il G8, la “nuova” Nato, l’Unione Europea – pur avendo
ruoli e funzioni diverse – sono le sovrastrutture
politiche messe a punto dalla borghesia imperialista
per articolare più efficacemente quest’attacco. Grazie
a queste sovrastrutture, inoltre, alcuni Stati
imperialisti riescono a rafforzare la loro azione
autonoma: il rinnovato interventismo militare
dell’Italia, della Germania e della Francia lo mostra
chiaramente.

Ma se da un lato – vertice dopo vertice – i vari
“organismi internazionali” mettono a punto le loro
strategie finalizzate a garantire l’accumulazione di
profitti e la rapina imperialistica, dall’altro –
controvertice dopo controvertice – si fa strada la
possibilità di rendere sempre più efficace e
organizzata la nostra resistenza, si fa strada la
possibilità di costruire un nuovo internazionalismo in
grado di adeguare la nostra pratica politica al
livello raggiunto dalle contraddizioni e aprire così
una nuova prospettiva rivoluzionaria.
La realizzazione di forme stabili di coordinamento sul
piano continentale è il prossimo passo da compiere:
per accelerare il più ampio processo di unificazione
internazionale delle lotte e per opporci alle
politiche reazionarie dell’Unione Europea. Le
mobilitazioni degli ultimi anni – da Genova a
Heiligendamm-Rostock – hanno dimostrato quanto questo
passo sia necessario e possibile, le prossime
importanti scadenze – dai controvertici previsti in
Francia contro l’Europa dei padroni, fino alle
mobilitazioni contro il vertice G8 in Sardegna (2009)
– dovranno servirci a trasformare questa necessità in
un progetto politico concreto.

Im Namen der Sicherheit der Profite, üben die
Regierungen der führenden kapitalistischen Länder
verheerende Aggressionen und imperialistische
Besetzungen aus (Irak, Afghanistan, Libanon). Die
militärischen Aggressionen im Ausland gehen zusammen
mit dem Abbau der Arbeiterrechte, der Verstärkung der
Repression und dem Rassismus im Inneren der Großstädte
immer weiter: Es handelt sich um unterschiedliche
Aspekte eines einzigen Angriffs, der darauf abzielt,
die Ausbeutung des Proletariats und der unterdrückten
Völker zu vergrößern.

Obwohl der G8, die neue Nato und die EU
unterschiedliche Rollen und Funktionen haben, sind sie
politische Überbauten, die von der imperialistischen
Bourgeoisie genau deshalb eingeführt wurden, diesen
Angriff wirkungsvoller zu artikulieren. Darüber hinaus
schaffen es dank dieser Überbauten  einige
imperialistische Staaten, ihre autonomen Handlungen
und Interessen zu kräftigen: Der militärische
Interventionismus  von Italien, Deutschland und
Frankreich zeigt das sehr deutlich.

Aber wenn auf der einen Seite, Gipfel für Gipfel, die
verschiedenen  internationalen Organisationen ihre
zielgerichteten Strategien genau darauf ausrichten, 
Profite anzuhäufen und den imperialistischen Raub zu
garantieren, eröffnet sich auf der anderen Seite,
Gegengipfel für Gegengipfel, sowohl die Möglichkeit,
unseren Widerstand wirkungsvoller und organisierter zu
gestalten, als auch die Möglichkeit, einen neuen
Internationalismus zu konstruieren, der in der Lage
ist, unser politisches Handeln dem erreichten Niveau
von Widersprüchen der kapitalistischen Produktionsart
anzupassen und so eine neue revolutionäre Perspektive
zu öffnen.
Die Verwirklichung stabiler Koordinationsformen auf
europäischer Ebene ist der nächste Schritt, um den
umfangreichen Prozess der internationalen Vereinigung
des Kampfes zu beschleunigen und sich der reaktionären
Politik der EU – Länder entgegenzustellen. Die
Mobilisation der letzten Jahre, seit Genua bis
Heiligendamm - Rostock, haben gezeigt, wie notwenig
und möglich dieser Schritt ist. Die nächsten wichtigen
Daten, vom geplanten Gegengipfel in Frankreich gegen
das herrschende Europa, bis zur Mobilisation gegen den
G8 - Gipfel in Sardinien (2009), sollten uns dazu
dienen, diese Notwenigkeit in ein politisch konkretes
Projekt umzuformen.

In the name of profits’ security, the governments of
the main capitalistic countries are enforcing
aggressions and devastating imperialistic occupations
(Iraq, Afghanistan, Lebanon
). The military
aggressions abroad go hand in hand with the workers’
rights dismantling and the growth of repression and
racism in the metropolises: these are different
aspects of the same attack that aims to increase the
proletariat and the oppressed masses exploitation.

The G8, the “new” Nato, the European Union – though
having distinct roles and functions – are political
superstructures organized by imperialist bourgeoisie
to carry out more efficiently this attack. Thanks to
these superstructures, moreover, some imperialist
countries succeed to develop their autonomous action.
It’s evidently confirmed by the renewed Italian,
German and French military interventionism.

But if on the one hand – summit after summit – the
various “international organizations” are working out
their strategy to guarantee the profits’ accumulation
and the imperialistic theft, on the other hand –
anti-summit after anti-summit – there is the
increasing possibility to make our resistance always
more incisive and organized, to build a new
internationalism able to lead our political practice
up to the contradictions level and to open
consequently a new revolutionary perspective.
The next step is to build steady coordination
structures all over the continent encouraging the
wider link between the international struggles and
opposing to the reactionary politics of the European
Union. The last years mobilizations – from Genoa to
Heiligendamm-Rostock – have showed how this step is
necessary and possible, and the next important dates –
from the anti-summit in France against the Europe of
the bosses to the mobilization against the G8 summit
in Sardinia (2009) – shall be utilized by us to turn
this necessity into a concrete political project.
