I have asked Les and Louis to take Bonnie's post off the list if possible and at least the archive and digest. What Bonnie forwarded was a private communication to others -- I didn't even send it to her and don't know where she got it.
  The Call, contrary to what she wrote at the top, is NOT by me. 
  The call to the conference will be made public very soon, but Bonnie had no right to circulate a forwarded private communiction to this list.
  Please do not forward what Bonnie sent to anyone.
  If anyone would like more information on the Conference in the meantime I would be happy to provide it on an individual basis. Write me at acpollack2 at juno.com
