So it's a mercenary force, but one in which the commanders back home get the money while the soldiers on the ground get training and experience in brutalizing people who are even poorer and darker-skinned than they are.

And, for the love of money, where will they serve imperialism next? Iraq? Lebanon? Cochabamba?
