Shows the following for Argentina

Cross-border loans from BIS banks declined between 2001-2005 from app 34 
billion to 11 billion ($); then rose to 15  billion in Q4 2007;

International Debt Securities declined from 93 to 61 billion and then 
increased to 70 billion in 2007.

International Debt Securities, nonbank followed a similar path.
