The software that runs it is open source, but the administration of this
specific installation of the software is centrally administered and locked
down. In other words, you could set this up on your own server or shared
hosting account, and configure it however you want. But as Mr. (Dr.?) Ehrbar
also noted, that's not as easy as it sounds:

Once that core data's made available as some sort of export file, performing
