[Marxism] Cindy Sheehan Is On the Ballot in San Francisco's 8thDistrict!

Whether or not there is a model to copy, there is little argument about the 
authenticity of Sheehan's efforts, and the fact that she articulates what 
many feel and leave unsaid, and leave unsaid for any number of reasons.

Yes, her son was killed and that caused her to come forward and confront the 
class that sent her son to die.  Sounds like a good reason to me.

Lots of soldiers question the reasons for their possible death, after 4 or 5 
firefights, and seeing their buddies die.  Can't find a better reason than 
survival for becoming radical.

There also can be little argument as to how important, galvanzing her 
campain can become on the national level.

Creating 2,3, many Cindys is not the task, the war has already done that, 
but the importance of having a candidate who has this type of honesty and 
integrity and "press draw,"  has broken with the capitalist parties, and 
will directly attack the complicity of "liberals" in promoting and 
maintaining empire, can be of great importance.
