Maybe Nestor did not intend that, but if the analogy he employs is supposed 
to apply to the situation in Bolivia, then clearly the personnel are 
analogous.

When and where has that "leaning,"  when "leaning" involves actually joining 
and supporting  the (Kerensky, Morales, Arafat, Allende-type) government 
ever worked out?
