Worth noting is the L.A. Times story this morning, which also appeared here in 
the San Jose Mercury News and undoubtedly more widely, headlined:

"Anthrax scientist Bruce Ivins stood to benefit from a panic
The suspect in deadly mailings, who killed himself this week as the FBI closed 
in, could have collected patent royalties on an anthrax vaccine."

The implication of this story being that this was all one man out to make a 
buck. Which is precisely why Greenwald's article is so important, because it 
makes clear that, even if that were the original genesis of the attack, the real 
story is much, much bigger.
