Strictly a QUESTION.

Is it "strictly a cultural construct"? Or maybe it is a structural
necessity of modern imperialist nations to stress the division between
a well paid and a low paid mass of clearly distinguishable mass of
laborers to match the distinction between the monopoly (and higher
profit) sector from the non-monopoly (and lower profit) sections of
the economy?

Best.
