[Marxism] Ahmadinejad and Columbia

Got out of my Turkish class at 11:30 and strolled across the campus. The 
on-campus rally was over by then but there were lots of students on the 
quad passing out leaflets. Television cameras everywhere.

Outside the Columbia gate, there were demonstrators on either side of 
Broadway. I was in a bit of a hurry to get back to work but found time 
to have a look at the anti-Ahmadinejad protestors on the west side of 
Broadway. A mixture of ultra-Zionists and what looked like the standard 
rightwing trash. Pretty scary lot.
