Of course, liberals can say that if poor people don't choose to get the 
preventative healthcare they need it's their own fault, and if they only had 
been more diligent they could have had the money to buy the Best Healthcare 
in the World(tm), or perhaps this would be even too much for a liberal. I 
wonder to what extent this situation of privately funded healthcare is even 
desireable for the owning class. After all, having a sick and unreliable 
workforce must have some negative effects, and healthcare cost in the US is 
among the highest in the world per person.
