A really important issue of Rachel's.  We should have
George Monbiot and Arun Markajani and Peter or Tim
Montague at a panel discussing this issue.  George
argues for carbon sequestration, Arun, Peter, Tim
argue against.  Further, John Bellamy Foster and Joel
Kovel argue that we need to
reduce/rationalize/democratize overall consumption to
avoid climate catastrophe.

ground, hoping it will  stay there forever. Though
most people have heard little or nothing  about this
plan, it has already been endorsed by major
