Ah, now I see!  The once-a-Democrat-always-a-Democrat analysis is acceptable
as a point for learned discourse among comrades, but pointing out that the
inverse implies a hereditary socialism constitutes "ethnic comedy" (wtf?!?!)
that "fails the movement."

The only comedy I find here is the assumption that the masses are going to
become radical, but in only the way you want...doing nothing politically
that would taint them until they decide to do so in a "healthy" way, through
the close study of _the Writings of Leon Trotsky, April-May 1937_.

It's inbred and cultish.  But it also has its funny side.
