Excuse me, Sayan. I am not living in the US, but from what I read on 
Yates's mail, Black drivers still keep their hands on their steering 
wheels while staring ahead, motionless. And I can't think you give 
such an attention to the 40 year divide as to sweep away all those 
above that divide.
