www.maoflag.net seems to be blocked. You just get: "Bad Request (Invalid Hostname)". This is already leading to speculations by Western news agencies. AP writes:

China blocks hardline communist Web site that posted letter critical of government

SHANGHAI, China (AP) - Chinese authorities have apparently blocked a hard-line communist Web site that posted an open letter criticizing the government ahead of a major party congress later this year.
Attempts Wednesday to access the site, maoflag.net, were met with a message saying «Bad Request (Invalid Hostname),» a typical sign that
a site has been choked off by China's Internet police.

Maoflag.net and similar Web sites have become gathering places for diehards opposed to the privatization of public property and other economic reforms seen as entrenching a widening gap between rich and poor. Last spring, it published numerous criticisms of a new property law that imbued public and private property with the same legal  rights.
The site has also sponsored a petition drive to make communist China's founder's Mao Zedong's Dec. 26 birthday a national holiday.
