We're  excited to update you on some of our recent and upcoming activities, 
as well as  on our ongoing distribution of our "Easiest Targets" DVD containing

Upcoming

In September our Executive Director  will be speaking at the Ann Arbor 
Conference on Mass Media being  organized by a coalition of groups at the University 
of Michigan, and in October  she will be speaking at the Friends of Sabeel 
North America Conference in  Boston (October 26 – 27, 2007, Old South Church, 
645 Boylston St., Boston  _http://www.fosna.org/BostonConferenceOct2007.htm_ 
(http://www.fosna.org/BostonConferenceOct2007.htm)   ). We encourage any of you 
in these areas to attend these conferences, as they  will include a number of 
excellent speakers and activities.

DVDs

We have now shipped 1,500 DVDs to  Women's Studies Departments, individuals, 
and groups in every state of the  country. 

In addition, we distributed 1,000 at the June 10th national  demonstration in 
Washington DC, another 1,000 at the Arab-American  Anti-Discrimination 
Committee (ADC) annual convention, and 800 to activists  attending the US Social 
Forum in Atlanta from throughout the U.S. (and beyond).  In each of these cases 
recipients were encouraged to share these with others,  make copies to 
disseminate in their communities, and show them on their local  Public Access 
stations. 

Talks & Tabling

In addition, we had  tables and gave workshops at the Social Forum, the June 
10th Washington DC demo,  and gave talks and distributed materials at UCLA, 
American University,  Georgetown University, and other venues in California, 
Washington DC, and  Connecticut, as well as providing information on a variety of 
radio shows and  podcasts (eg _http://ctl.libsyn.com/_ 
(http://ctl.libsyn.com/)  and KSFR  Santa Fe Public Radio). 

Our article (originally published on  CounterPunch) detailing the media 
cover-up on the Israeli attack on the USS  Liberty,

has been posted widely and will soon be available in booklet  form.

Israel-Palestine. If you would like to help us  distribute the DVD, please remember 
that we only ask a donation of $10 (plus  shipping) per 5 videos. If you can 
distribute even more but have limited funds,  we will try to work with you to 
accomplish this.
