You asked them to "confirm" it. This is what you wrote:

Incidentally, Joaquin never declared what you claim he "flatly declares".

This is what Joaquin wrote:

"The Cuban clinic where the 9/11 rescue workers were examined is simply one
more clinic serving the
population, not a special one isolated from the strains on the health care
system as a whole."

Joaquin's comment was about *this particular* clinic, NOT a general claim
that NO medical facilities exist in Cuba that cater primarily to elites. Why
are you imputing this claim to Joaquin? Am I missing something? Did I miss a
passage? Can you cite a passage from Joaquin where Joaquin actually  makes
the claim that you think he makes?
