If you are going to be the least bit scientific, a materialist, etc., about 
this, you don't ask Joaquin or anyone else to provide proof of a negative; 
that something doesn't exist.  Rather it is the responsibility of those 
whose theory of socialism with regard to the Cuban revolution requires Cuba 
to have entrenched bureaucratic privilege to provide the evidence that 
sustains their theory.
