Why should we waste our time? It would be like asking for Marxist 
rejoinders to an article defending slavery, or one in favor of torturing 
political prisoners. Peter Collier is about as worth answering as Rick 
Santorum or Glenn Beck, even with his World Bank experience and his 
bogus academic credentials.
