Thanks, have to get this, I've also been thinking for a while there's an
ultra-rationalist, really pseudo-rationalist current represented e.g. by
Hitchens, Dawkins and Francis Wheen (whose book 'How Mumbo Jumbo Conquered
the World' has some entertaining swipes at Blairite spin and managerialist
non-sense plus cruise missile leftism and ignorant rants against alternative
and complementary medicine).
