I've got no idea what you're talking about Nick. Policy discussion in 
the Greens is public, or at least there is no attempt to keep it secret. 
Anyone can subscribe to Green Magazine, or buy the daily papers (to the 
extent that they cover developments in the Greens) or other publications 
in which members of the Greens discuss policy. Members of rank and file 
decision-making bodies are not bound to secrecy about policy matters or 
differences of opinion.

Alan Bradley points out that he's not able to say what he would like to 
on this list about the discussion in the DSP. That wouldn't be the case 
in the Greens (or the Labor Party for that matter).

As for the content of the convention, are you really saying that the 
agenda for a three-day gathering will consist of those three rather 
cursory platforms and that there will be no resolutions on broader 
political issues? That's very surprising, and not at all clear from the 
website on which the platforms appear.
