I'm not aware there's a "break" between McKinney and the Reconstruction Party.

She's been running as a Green from the beginning and has also offered
her moral and political support to the formation of the Reconstruction
Party.

But the RP doesn't exist yet in any real sense. It has a fairly narrow
base in New Orleans and has yet to organize as an electoral party.
