That's very disappointing.  I look forward to hearing what comrades in 
Venezuela and elsewhere  have to say.  But, in my mind, it calls into 
validity or feasibility of the whole project of achieving some kind of 
Socialism of the 21st century (just like in the last century) through 
"constitutional" means -- i.e., through hoping to win by outplaying the 
bourgeoisie at their own game (especially when the bourgeoisie continues to 
control most of the means of production along with many of the means of 
shaping public opinion).  As has been seen time and time again historically, 
they won't play by the rules anyhow, when their power is on the line.
