These are the exit poll numbers, as published outside Venezuela, based on
anonymous sources: 

La firma Seijas otorga un 53 por ciento a favor del Sí y un 47 por el No; 

la empresa PLM Consultores un 54 a 46 a favor de la reforma; 

y Consultores 3011 otorga también 53 a 47, con respaldo mayoritario a la
propuesta del oficialismo.

No time to translate. No official results from Venezuela yet, which also
means no official release of exit polls -- all such reporting is barred
until the national election council issues its first report on results.

VTV (govt station) just said the CNE is trying to get a big majority of the
vote --80-90%-- before issuing results, so it may still be some time.
