Radio Venezuela en vivo has carried a report that two US state department
personnel were doing exit polling in Caracas.  The station noted that this
was not illegal and that they were not interfered with. I note that the item
from Reuters Linda submitted calls the sources of information two in number
and  "government-linked" but does not explicitly say to which government
they are linked.

I hope that Marxmail is not on such a low level that I have to explain at
length (Steve Bloom and I are dealing with this in Solidarity) that this is
not a rule-for-life proposal, but an elimination of current term limits.

I think this is way premature election results, and not very useful, as well
as propagandistically stacked.  Perhaps the final results will be similar,
but we shall see.
