Perhaps Ms. Weinstein ought to do her research a bit more carefully. As may be seen by viewing the very web-page she references, the so-called "yes" votes for Electronic Surveillance and the Military Commissions Act were on votes to recommit; Cynthia voted "no" in the final vote on both bills. I haven't checked the other claims yet but so far you're 0-for-2 on your claims.

Dear All:
Please review Cynthia McKinney's voting record at the link below. There are
a lot of "Not Voting" marks and some "Yes" votes for Homeland Security;
Electronic Surveillance; Military Commissions Act, (The House passed H.R.
4830, to amend chapter 27 of title 18, United States Code, to prohibit the
unauthorized construction, financing, or reckless permitting (on one's land)
the construction or use of a tunnel or subterranean passageway between the
United States and another country, by a yea-and-nay vote of 422 yeas with
none voting "nay", Roll No. 469.); Secure Fence Act of 2006 ( The Secure
Fence Act Builds On Progress Securing The Border By Making Wise Use Of
Physical Barriers And Deploying 21st Century Technology, We Can Help Our
Border Patrol Agents Do Their Job And Make Our Border More Secure. The
Secure Fence Act).

This record is not inspiring at all. And what can you expect from a
Democrat?
Comradely,
