What Joaquín has stated is, in fact, the ABC of self-defense in a 
world dominated by imperialist and nuclear powers. And, yes, it is 
not a matter of, say, an Arg, Bra, Vnzl, Mex or Cuban bomb, which 
would immediately become a bone of contention and source of fear 
between brother countries. A common nuclear project for all of Latin 
America -well, THAT is a goal!

As always, we should begin by a joint Arg-Bra effort.

BTW: has anyone noticed Kirchner's visit to Mexico and his branding 
of the wall between Mex and USA as the "wall of shame"? There are 
many dimensions to this trip by Kirchner, which should be paid 
attention to.
