People might be familiar with the name Michael
Pugliese, an amateur snitch who haunts leftwing
mailing lists and makes a habit of crossposting
garbage from David Horowitz et al. Over on Doug's
list he just posted a link to Pajama's Media, the
scumbag rightwing website that includes Nation
Magazine regulars David Corn and Marc Cooper on
the editorial board:
http://pajamasmedia.com/2006/10/oaxaca_mexico_fox_finally_move.php.
Basically, the article supports Fox's repression.
Pugliese's goal in posting it was of course to
whitewash the murder of the American reporter. In
the 1950s, people made a living this way,
publishing scuzzy little newsletters with titles
like "Red Channels", etc. With the arrival of the
Internet, the entrance fee for being a rat is exceedingly low apparently.
