Sorry Walter, that is what you wrote. I'm a little bleary eyed and 
misread your intro. I guess what I was trying to say is that the ANC 
government has been forced to back down, if indeed that is what has 
happened (the ANC has failed to keep its promises in regards to AIDS 
treatment many times), by the mass movement, not by advice from Cuban 
doctors or Havana. The credit should go to that mass movement.
