Apart from the legal issues you seem to be making a general point that 
I find a bit alarming, and not because I'm pretty sure there is an 
objective world. If you don't base your analyses, strategy and tactics 
on what is objectively true independent of perspective, as far as you 
can possibly find this out, I suggest you've going to get into trouble 
sooner or later. I would have thought this was basic Marxist 
materialism.
