the only false technical note in the article: as air samples supposedly 
revealed plutonium reaction by-products. he also speculates that the low 
yield was not a fizzle but a deliberate attempt to make something small 
and deliverable, which is harder than making a big boom. i've seen yet 
another speculation in the physics press: that the N Koreans tested 
instead a trigger for a fusion weapon

i also saw that Garcia wrote a series of articles critiquing 
"non-standard-model" theories of  9/11 WTC collapse for CounterPunch.
