[Marxism] After teh COB called for strikes, Evo sacks his Minister and accept conditions from miners

Evo Morales sacked his Minister of Mines, Villarroel, after teh COB declared a
number of strikes and protesters from the Bolivian Confederation of Workers clashed
with the police around the Government Palace.  Morales also accepted the 
conditions for pacification of Huanuni asked by the COB.

Negotiations between de government, miners and cooperativists ar enow under way
both in La Paz and Oruro.  For those of you who can read spanish, we are covering
