One of President G.Bush's Presidential Signing Statments was to
legally authorise under the raft of new War Laws the uses of U.S.
propaganda world wide.  The only reason to make that foreign policy
tool legal would be if the U.S. Constitution were being replaced.

I have long wondered at the tone of assurance that undelies all Global
Research statements and articles.

This is in response to a brief point about Globsl research being a
blindly left liberal  group perhaps....I suggest the opposite.
