Good luck to her but it will not work.
Yugoslavia filed the suit againt bombing and destrucion and--nothing.The Empire has every right and they are never guilty even if they kill or rape.
There are many countries-Vietnam and Iraq and many more and none of them won.
If you know of one country that won--tell me.
