You have to read this, to believe it. This resolution actually
endorses preemptive war.

This is a wonderful opportunity to educate the public on the issue of
preemptive war.

We can easily raise the question of preemptive war itself, rather
than getting sucked into questions whether Iran has nuclear
ambitions, whether those are a risk to America or anybody else- Of
course they do. All nuclear programs are to be opposed. But this
question is distinct from preemptive war, and international
law. Without the framework of international law, we're toast. There
is nothing.
To us, preemptive war is categorically wrong. It's something banned
by the Nuremburg principles, and UN Charter (a treaty that is
binding, under domestic law of the U.S., under article 6 of the constitution).

So what are we doing????? Walking away from the LAW of treaties we
have signed?
A crime against peace, in
<http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/International_law>international law,
refers to "planning, preparation, initiation, or waging of
<http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/War_of_aggression>wars of aggression,
or a war in violation of international treaties, agreements or
assurances, or participation in a common plan or conspiracy for the
accomplishment of any of the foregoing"
This definition of crimes against peace was first incorporated into
the <http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nuremberg_Principles>Nuremberg
Principles and later included in the
<http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/United_Nations_Charter>United Nations
Charter. This definition would play a part in defining
<http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Aggression_%28war_crime%29>aggression
as a crime against peace
This is the best page to read, since it is most concrete:
