Wages are already fully deductible from corporate income taxes.   In 
any case, if our goal is improving the lot of workers, I don't think 
tax policy is very promising for several reasons.  Marginal tax rates 
on corporate profits are so much lower than direct costs of labor, 
you just can't get there from here.
